Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but Novo Industries reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.

Small Items Shipping
Items other than Novo, grills, and smokers are all shipped via VRL across India. We aim to dispatch these items as per their availability.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us. 
Delivery is between 8 am - 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering.  If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.

 

Large Items Shipping like Smoker, Lava Stone Grill, Electric Smoker, Custom Products

For Smokers and other large items, due to their size and the logistics involved, we require an extra few days of processing. Delivery for such products will be within 12 to 15 Business Days. We can Speed up the process based on the availability of the materials, Kindly call us before placing large item orders.

Delivery costs for these items are paid by the customer

Pre-orders.
Pre-orders are offered on products that are coming soon and on their way to us. This way you can guarantee to get the item as it lands with us. 
The dates listed are estimates and can change due to circumstances outside our control. 
Pre-orders are often listed at a lower price (deposit) and the remaining payment is then due prior to delivery, this is detailed on the product page.
