DELIVERY
This product is available for either Visit and Collect or Delivery. Just choose the service you require at the checkout. Visit and Collect is from our Novo Industries Office Thrissur. We are available from Monday-Saturday 7.30 am-4.00 pm. The address is at the bottom left of any novoindustries.in webpage.
Delivery is done by our own truck or it's done via TCI, VRL, APS delivery service, It's Free of charge to Thrissur and Wadakkanchery. Large Items Shipping like Smoker, Lava Stone Grill, Electric Smoker, Custom products for Smokers, and other large items, due to their size and the logistics involved, we require an extra few days of processing. Delivery for such products will be within 12 to 15 Business Days. We can Speed up the process based on the availability of the materials, Kindly call us before placing large item orders.
The estimated delivery date can be confirmed via call or Whatsapp. We can also do delivery on Saturday and Sunday.
If you require delivery on a specific day then you'll need to call us at to place your order or email us (contact@novoindustries.in) immediately after placing your order online, so that we don't despatch your order immediately.
